Homework Help: Algebra (please help!)

Pretend the parentheses are absolute value bars.

Solve: (x+5) < 5

The choices are:

a. -10 < x < 0
b. -5 < x < 5
c. -10 < x < 5
d. -10 < x < 10

I'm not sure how to solve this and how the answers relate to the question. Please help if you can! Thank you! :-)
