The following sentence contains a dangling or misplaced modifier. Rewrite the sentence so that its meaning is clear.

7. Walking the dogs in the park on Sunday afternoon, it began to rain hard.

I totally don't understand how to rewrite this sentence :( Any help is greatly appreciated!!
