Can I have asimpler explanation for this sentence Cybermediation which is the use of software (intelligent agents to facilitate intemediation and hypermediation which is the extensive use of both human and electronic intermediation to provide assistance in all phases of an e-commerce venture.Thanks.

  This is hard to explain because it doesn't seem to be a complete sentence. I'll take it apart for you. Cybermediation which is the use of software (intelligent agents to facilitate intemediation and hypermediation which is the extensive use of both human and electronic intermediation to provide assistance in all phases of an e-commerce venture.
