I'm from Tabetha's class, and wanted to look at her Jiskha message, but that didn't help. I tried searching for this, but it's too specific to find in a google search. Its something that requires a real, live human. Thanks for your understanding.
The way I see it is that if 25% is wasted, then 119,700 gallons represents 0.75 of the value.
Or 119,700/0.75 = Gallons used at 100% efficiency. The difference is the amount of fuel wasted.
