According to Plato what makes something have the state of being good? When something happens that someone wanted to happen, it may not necessarily be good. How does plato feel about that? sorry the way i worded it before it was wierd so i changed it...thanks

You need to search through Plato's dialogues and/or Socrates's ideas to find this. It's been far too long since I read the dialogues to remember which one addressed what -- goodness, beauty, etc.
