Homework Help: Spanish

Can someone please proofread my Spanish paragragh? It's for an exam. In case you think I'm cheating, the teacher told me to write a practice paragraph and get it proofread so I will do better on the exam.

Write a letter to your new pen pal/. Describe yourself (physically and otherwise), your family, your friends and your activities (the things that you must do, and those that you choose to do). Start with a greeting and end with a farewell/. You should have a question at the end for them to answer/.

Me llamo Danny y tengo catorce años/. Soy de Vernon. Cuando vivo, en la primavera hace sol/. También en el verano es muy caliente/. Pero en el otoño hace fresco/. Por último en el invierno hace frío/.
Soy alto pero no soy grande. También soy inteligente pero no soy organizado/.
En la escuela tengo la clase de historia. Es muy interesante./ También tengo la clase de español/.
En la primavera me gusta llevar una camiseta amarilla y los cortos pantalones blancos a la escuela/. En el verano me gusta llevar las camisetas blancas y los cortos pantalones azules/. En el otoño me gusta llevar un suéter negro a veces porque hace fresco/. Durante el invierno siempre llevo una chaqueta negra y roja porque hace frío/.
Después de la escuela me gusta usar la computadora, mirar la television, montar un bicicleta y jugar al básquetbol/. También tengo que hacer la tarea y estudiar/.
Yo no juega ningún deportes pero me gusta jugar al básquetbol por divertido.
Me gusta comer la pizza/. Es muy rica/. Pero no me gusta comer el sandwich de jamón y queso porque es horrible/. También me gustan beber jugo de naranja y el agua más que los refescos porque son nutritivos/.
En mi familia tengo un hermano mayor y una hermana menor/. Mi hermano tiene quince años y mi hermana tiene ocho años/. También mi hermano es alto pero no es grande. Mi hermana es (annoying). Por ultimo soy más inteligente que mi hermano/.
Me gusta pasar un rato con los amigos. Mi amigo Kyle es atlético y pelo rubio/. Mi otro amigo Ewald es inteligente y pelo rubio/. Kyle es más atlético que mí pero soy tan inteligente como Ewald/.
En el fin de semana voy a pasar un rato con los amigos, jugar al básquetbol y hacer todas mis cosas favoritas/.
Ahora dime de tú. (Would this be considered a question?)

Cuando vivo, = not when I live but where = Donde

Yo no juega = remember to check agreement of verb ending with the subject = juego

por divertido. = even though you are thinking "for fun" try "to have fun" because it's an idiom and much better = para divertirme.

el sandwich = accent = sándwich = the rule is: if it ends in a vowel, the stress is on the next-to-last syllable but if it ends in a consonant, the stress is on the last syllable. You want it on the first, contrary to the natural rule, so you must write an accent mark there

me gustan beber = to drink is pleasing to me = me gusta beber

(annoying) = molesta or molestosa (I happen to like the 2nd one.) If on the exam you can't think of a certain word, try a synonym or another way to say it

Por ultimo = although you put the accent mark on this word in the first paragraph, you need to put it here too = último

y pelo rubio/.= you need a new verb here = y tiene el pelo rubio

y pelo rubio/ = for variation you can also say "y con el pelo rubio."

más atlético que mí = this could come from bad English "than me" when it should be "than I!" = que yo

Ahora dime de tú = you need a prepositional pronoun = de ti.

No, that is NOT a question. A question requires proper punctuation. You could do something as simple as: "Ahora, puede decirme de ti?"

OOPS! Adios = Adiós (same rule of stress)
