what about volunteer experience? i think you can add that, as long as you state that it was volunteer work.
if there's a separate section for volunteer work, dont put anything at all.
source: my own experience; i didnt have any work experience either and left my sections blank.
I help my mom manage supplies in her shop, what would that go under? and how would i word that?
Work experience. Whether or not you are paid, you learned how to manage supplies. Be sure to list what you learned. After you write y our resumé, feel free to post it for further help.
