I'm doing a powerpoint presentation and I can't get the music to play throughout the whole entire presentation can you help me please

assistance needed

Since it is a power point go to insert then go to sounf and something will pop up, on the top you can change document to desktop, then click on the song you want twice and it will work

Good Luck

Of course, I'd be happy to help you with that! To play music continuously throughout your entire PowerPoint presentation, follow these steps:

1. Insert the music file: Go to the slide where you want the music to start playing. From the top menu, click on the "Insert" tab and then select "Audio" or "Audio from File" (depending on your PowerPoint version). Choose the music file you want to use and click "Insert."

2. Customize audio settings: With the music file selected, a new "Audio Tools" tab will appear in the menu. Click on it and go to the "Playback" section. Check the box that says "Play Across Slides" or "Play in Background" (wording may vary based on your PowerPoint version). This ensures the music continues to play across the entire presentation.

3. Adjust sound settings: If you want to customize the sound settings, such as volume or playback options, click on the "Playback" tab in the "Audio Tools" menu. Here, you can set the volume, add fade-in or fade-out effects, and control whether the music starts automatically or on a click.

4. Test the music: To ensure the music plays correctly, start the slideshow by pressing F5 or by clicking on the "Slide Show" tab and selecting "From Beginning." Navigate through your slides, and the music should play continuously in the background.

Remember to keep the music file and your PowerPoint file in the same location to avoid any issues with playback.

If you encounter any specific difficulties or have a different version of PowerPoint, please let me know, and I'll be glad to provide further assistance!
