Three men, A, B, and C upon forming a partnership, invest \$1,800, \$2,500 and \$4,000 respectively. The net profits at year's end amounted to \$415. How many dollars should B's share of the profit be?

What percentage, P, of the total investment did B invest?

His share of the \$415 profit will then be 415P.
