Look at the 100 thousand spot, it's a '6'. Look at the number to the right of it, it's a '4'
Remember, any number 4 and under, it stays the same.
So the correct answer would be 1,600,000
PS. If you're rounding to the nearest 100 thousand, everything before the 100 thousand turns into zeros!!
