That depends upon the era you are interested in. Currently, most immigration is from Latin America and China. All the groups you mentioned are interesting, in different ways.
It matters not what we think. What matters is what YOU THINK.
One way to do some fast reading about each group is to go to Wikipedia -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page -- and research each one. For example, here's a page on German Americans:
