You do not say what to solve it for.
Perhaps you mean, solve it for y.
If so you want to get y all alone on the left.
subtract 4 x from both sides
3 y = 4 x 2
divide all terms on both sides by 3
y = (4/3) x  (2/3)
or
y = (4/3) x + 2/3
