The slope is
m = (y2y1)/(x2x1)
= [4 (1]/[7(2)]
= 3/5 = 3/5
The equation will be of the form
y = (3/5) x + b
Use the coordinates of either point to solve for b
1 = (2)(3/5) + b = 6/5 + b
b = 1/5
