Rachel likes running she ran over 30 miles five days this week. she ran 8 miles on Monday. How many miles did she run on average during the other four days of the week?

math - Reiny, Monday, March 16, 2009 at 2:52pm
that would leave 22 miles total for the other 4 days.
so the average is 22/4 or 5.5 miles/day
