Homework Help: year 8 re-Re teachers

i posted this question before but can`t see it on the page.sorry if it is there.
please could someone help me i need to write an essay for re . i don`t really understand what to do. if someone could explain the question id be very grateful.We had a supply teacher but she wasnt an Re teacher and she didnt explain the homework she just gave us the sheet.
this is the question.
