as of 1154 when Henry II became England had all of the following regions except

Noramndy, Burgundy, Brittany Scottland, Anjou

I am not sure if the answer is Burgundy or Scottland - this is my study guide for quarter exam thanks

I have read everything I can find and still cant get a concise answer any help please
