This is incorrect Spanish. It's difficult to determine exactly what you mean.
papa = potato but papá = Dad, Father
que = that
qué = what
Perhaps it is to say: "¿Qué usas para jugar al beisbol? = What do you use to play baseball? a bat and a ball = un bate y una pelota.
