Substitute y = 0 for x -intercept and solve for y
What is the x- intercept for this problem. please help me is above
when x = 0, that is the y axis
so
the line hits the y axis when
y = 22
That is the y intercept.
When y = 0, that is the x axis
the line hits the x axis at
-6 x = 22
x - -22/6 = -11/3
That is the x intercept.
so what is the answer for y-intercept? that have to be in pair.
Then the answer for x-intercept must be in pair also.
Hey look, draw a sketch.
The y intercept is where the line hits the y axis and x = 0
Therefore if the y intercept is 22
Then that point is at (0,22)
and
If the x intercept is at x = -11/3
then that point is (-11/3,0)
will somebody help me with this problem.
Find the y-intercept and the x-intercept for the equation.
-6x+y=22
y must be pair
What is the x-intercept?
Please somebody help me
