Why does the balance sheet differentiate between liquid and fixed assets?
CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME IDEAS ABOUT IT???????THX.
Liquid assets are those that can be quickly turned into cash.
Fixed assets are those that it would be time-consuming and difficult to sell -- like buildings and land.
