Variable is music. Control is what? silence? news? YOu have to state the control. How are you going to measure the results, as what is exactly "restful"?
I rest well with Mozart, and Hayden. But Punk Rock? Hardly.
Of course, how do I know I rest well if someone is not taking some type of data?
