What are the similiarities and differences between the cuban and mexican revolution?

They were both revolutions in the twentieth century in Spanish-speaking countries that sought to replace a military dictatorship that favored the rich.

After their revolutions, Mexico was left with a democracy (although it was ruled by one party part for about eighty years) and Cuba was left with a communist dictatorship and a cult of personality (Castro's).

The Cuban revolution was much shorter.. a matter of days. It took many years and several presidents before the situation in Mexico stabilized (if you can call it that).
