Will someone check my paper? I wrote an English translation in case something is confusing.
Si je pouviez revenir en arrière et changer un événement, je ne pourriez pas changer un événement historique. Je changerais quelque chose qui est mauvais, mais quelchose pire passerais. Pourtant, si je changeais une action personelle importante, Je ne serais pas la même personne et je voudrais que quelque chose autre change. Alors, s'il fallait que quelquechose change, je changerais une petite action personelle. Par exemple, la semaine dernière, j'ai bu du jus de pomme au lieu du jus d'orange, et il a ruiné mon jour! Si j'avais pu changer cette action, j'aurais choisi le jus d'orange!! D'abord, j'ai renversé le jus sur moi-même at ma cousine. Je n'avais pas eu le temps pour changer et il avait couvert mon cahier et mon sac à dos. Puis, je suis allé à une ferme pour voir des jeunes chèvres, et l'une d'entre elles a mordu mon jean favori! Je sais maintenant que les chèvres aime le jus de pomme. Et enfin, quand j'ai rétourne à la maison pour finir mes devoirs, le jus avais ruiné mes papiers dans mon sac à dos! En ce qui me concerne, si j'avais choisi le jus d'orange, mon jour aurais été bien mieux!

If I could go back and change an event, I wouldn't change a historical event. I could change something that is bad, but something worse would probably happen. However, if I changed an important personal event, I would not be the same person I would want something else to change. So if I had to change something, I would change a small personal event. For example, last week I drank apple juice instead of orange juice for breakfast, and it ruined my day! If I could change something, I would have chosen orange juice. First, I spilled the juice on myself and my cousin. I didn't have time to change so I let it dry, but it also spilled on my notebook and my backpack. Then, I went to a farm to see some baby goats, and one of them bit my favorite jeans. Finally when I came home to finish my homework, the juice had ruined my papers!
As far as I'm concerned, if I had chosen the orange juice, my day would have been a lot better.

Careful with the verbs; be sure the verbal ending matches the subject. Case in point:
Si je pouviez = Si je pouvais
je ne pourriez pas = je ne pourrais pas
passerais. = a tiny bit better to say "je le passerais."
une action personelle importante, = often with 2 adjectives modifying the same noun you choose to put one in front = une importante action personnelle (for example)
quelque chose autre = quelque chose d'autre
je voudrais que quelque chose autre change. = this is what you would hear UNLESS you are required to use the formal/literary tense when the Subjunctive would be the Imperfect Subjunctive because of the Sequence of Tense with "voudrais" = changât (If you've never seen anything that looks like that, forget it!) Same for the next sentence (il fallait...)
des jeunes chèvres, = because of the preceding plural adjective (jeunes) the "des" changes to "de."
l'une d'entre elles = or d'elles
les chèvres aime = (elles) aiment
le jus avais = (il) avait
mon jour aurais été = (il) aurait été
Rather than just "the day" if you wished to stress the length of the day "the wh ole/entire day = toute la journée, but then be aware that any and all adjectives would now be feminine.
