Like I said with awl, I found the circumference forumla, which is:
c = pi times diameter
OR
c = 2 times pi times radius
I can't find the area formula. :(
Just place in 3 where I said "radius."

Area = pi * radius squared
A = pi*r^2
A = 3.14 * 9
A = 28.26 square inches
