Q: Do you think that having an understanding of cultural differences and personality differences would be beneficial? Why or why not?

A:I believe having an understanding of both cultural differnces and personality differnces can be benificial. I say this because having the understanding of both differences when you have this knowledge, you can appeal to a person better when making a positive first impression. I also think that our personality differences have some relation to our cultural differences.

I would like to know am I missing something? Do I need to add anything to this statement.

I say this because having the understanding of both differences when you have this knowledge, you can appeal to a person better when making a positive first impression. What? No details about what "cultural differences" means? about what "personality differences" means?

I also think that our personality differences have some relation to our cultural differences. OK, I'm still waiting for those details.

You have written three very vague sentences. The first one isn't bad, but the second and third don't really add any information -- just rephrasing of the same ideas.

You need to include some specific examples of what you mean. Otherwise, this is just so much air.
