2) Yo are a 56 year old roman catholic farmer in new haven in 1646. Can you vote?

2) Regarding New Haven, I would assume the answer is no. It was founded by strict Puritans (Davenport)who considered Massachussetts Bay Colony and Hooker's Hartford colony too lenient toward Catholics. Their leaders provided sanctuary to English judges who had arranged the beheading of the Catholic King Charles I of England.
