I'm in French 2, and I remember my teacher telling us how to say happy valentines day in french. I think it was "Joyeux Saint Valentin" I'm not sure if I spelled it right, but thats how you say it.

Happy Valentine's Day in French and Spanish:
French: Joyeux jour de Saint-Valentin OR Joyeuse Saint-Valentin.
Spanish: Feliz día de los enamorados
