A nontoxic scouring powder is made up of 4 parts baking soda and 1 part vinegar. How much of each ingredient is needed for a 16-oz mixture?

What are the two equations? For most problems, I can easily find the info for the two equations, but this time, I just don't see the info for equations?

Thanks!
