Actividad 10 - ¿Y tú?

Contesta las preguntas. (Answer the questions.)

1 ¿Qué clases tienes? ¿Son fáciles o difíciles?
Yo tengo la clase de español y historia. Son fáciles.

2. ¿A qué hora tienes la clase de español?
Yo tengo la clase de español a las ocho y media de la mañana todos los días.

3. ¿Tienes que tomar apuntes? ¿En qué clases?
Sí, yo tengo que tomar apuntes. En la clase de español.

4. ¿Qué tienes que hacer todos los días?
Yo tengo que....(How would I say, "I have to take history and spanish class everyday")

5. ¿Qué tienes que hacer todos los días los sábados y domingos?
Yo tengo que usar la computadora y escuchar música.

6. ¿Qué nunca tienes que hacer?
Yo nunca tengo que prepara la comida.

7. ¿Tienes que trabajar? ¿A qué hora?
No. Yo no tengo que trabajar.

8. ¿A qué hora necesitas llegar a la escuela?
Yo tengo que llegar a la escuela a las ocho y media.
OR
Yo tengo que llegar a la escuela a las ocho y veintisiete.

Need help with #4.
Are they correct? If not, what can I change?

#1. Sometimes the word "y" changes to "e" for sound. If you said "y historia" you would lose a syllable. When the next word is a vowel (i, or silent h with i, hi) "y" changes to "e" = español e historia BUT historia y español.

#4. The verb "estudiar" works nicely = tengo que estudiar las clases de historia y español todos los días. (OR de español e historia)

#6. Remember the "trio" of 3 that go together = tener + que + infinitive (ending in -ar, -er, -ir) = tengo que preparar

Everything else is ¡perfecto!
