I am sorry it doesn't say specfic. I believe whomever the patient communicates with so that's either the doctor and etc. Communication to and from the doctor. Thanks
Factors that influence patient communication:
Trust -- does the patient trust the doctor?
Time -- does the doctor take the time to listen?
Acceptance -- does the doctor encourage the patient and accept what s/he says?
