what is the vertical and horizontal difference between the two eqautions on a graph? Here are the eqautions- y=2x+3

y=2x-4

please help me on this. These two eqautions when graphed are parralell to each other i believe. But im not sure how to calculate the difference in vertical and horizontal. please help!!!! a.s.a.p.!!

Graph them. You will find that the vertical distance between them is 7. (One crosses the y axis at 3 and the other at -4). Along a horizontal line (such as y = 0), the spacing of the lines will be the distance from x = -3/2 to x = 2, which is 3 1/2.
