Canada is only about 20% French-speaking, the majority of those living in Quebec.
Of those about 45% speak both English and French.
In the larger mainly English speaking part only about 8% are bi-lingual.

And don't forget the islands: Haiti, Martinique, Guadaloupe, French Polynesia = Tahiti, New Caledonia plus French Guiana in South America, in Asia: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and in Africa: Algeria, Congo, Morroco, Mauritania, Tunsania and Réunion.
