Well, I don't understand #4. Pièces is a noun and balcon is a noun. A noun can not modify a noun! "beaux" tells you that you need a masculine plural noun, but you can't keep balcon?
#7. "le" tells you it can NOT be nièce = neveu = works
#8. meubles? (furniture)/ appartements (apartments? = better)
#15. âge (accent)
#18. métro (accent)
#19 = donne (looks out on the garden)
