2H2O2 --->2H2O + O2

What is the instantaneous rate of formation of O2 at 50s?

THeres a graph with the concentration of H2O2 as a function of time. at 50s the conc. is .2 But isnt this the concentration of H2O2, I dont understand. Also what is the difference between instantaneous rate of reaction and instantaneous rate of formation ?
