I have a research paper to do and one of the questions is: write an analysis of the physiological and structural effects on the body system integrity when you have someone that does regular physical fitness and exercise. Include an analysis on how the body adapts to compensate for the effects of this influences to maintain homeostasis, synthesize your knowledge about vasious body dydtems, the homeostasis process and hysiology to provide a cohesive report.
