Homework Help: Healthcare

I am having a hard time trying to answer these questions and searching the web for what are the pros and cons of managed care from a consumer’s perspective? A caregiver’s perspective? From the perspective of a caregiver, would you prefer traditional insurance or one of the managed care options (HMO,PPO)?
