1)Fill in the blanks. In a liquid, particles are _____arranged. They move about in ____ directions and slide over one another. Can I say "irregularly" & "any" as the answers? I know "random directions" is better, but can we accept "any directions"?

2) When water at 30˚C is heated,

Water(30˚C)-->Water(100˚C)-->Water Vapour(100˚C)

How do you explain Water(100˚C)-->Water Vapour(100˚C)?
