Homework Help: Algebra

Posted by K on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 6:01pm.

Help, how do I do these?

1. 8y+4(2+y)=3(y-4)+10y

2. Square root symbol 81 -|-8+17|+3

the sqaure root symbol doesn't hang over the entire equation, just the 81.

thanks
