I would have said: "à quelle heure finiras-tu le film."
or, in formal: "à quelle heure finirez-vous le film."
Because the English says "what time DO you FINISH the film?: (in the present time)
à quelle heure finis-tu (finissez-vous) le film?
E.G. finiras-tu is perfect for "WILL you FINISH" and "finirez-vous" for the same English, formally.
