Homework Help: More French

Directions: Answer the following questions about myself and my family.

1. Votre maison ou votre appartement est grand(e) ou petit(e)
Answer: Notre maison est grande.

2. Vous avez une voiture? Quelle est la marque de votre voiture?
Answer: Oui, notre une voiture. La marque de voiture est une pontaic.

3. Vous aimez vos voisins?
Answer: Je n'aimez pas notre voisions.

#1 is fine but problems with #2.
First it asks "Do you have a car?" Notice how many of the words from the question come back in the answer: "Oui, nous avons une voiture." "La marque de NOTRE voiture es Pontiac." (note spelling)

#3 Be sure the verb always matches up with the subject pronoun. Je and aimez do NOT match. Also if a noun is plural (voisins = and note spelling) then any and all adjectives modifying it are also plural. "Je n'aime pas nos voisins."
