You go to dinner and decide to leave a 15% tip for the server. You had $45 when you came to tthe restaurant.

What is a function that relates the cost of the meal c to the amount of money you have left A(c).

that would be

A)c) = 45 - 1.15c

eg. if your meal was $30, your tip would be 30*.15 = 4.50
so your meal would cost 34.50

you would have left 45-34.50 = 10.50

A(30) = 45 - 1.15(30) = 10.50
