assistance needed
The formula for finding diameter is:
Circumference = pi * d
Therefore, insert your circumference, and divide by pi or 3.14 to get the diameter.
For radius:
Circumference = 2pi * r
So, insert your circumference and multiply pi by 2. Then divide the circumference by 2pi to get your radius.
Hope I helped! :-)
Diameter = Circumference/pi
Circumference divided by Pi = Diameter
Diameter divided by 2 = radius
circumference = 62.8 meters
using pi= 3.14
C = 62.8/ 3.14
= 20 meters
diameter =20 meters
d= 20 meters
r= 20/ 2
r=10 meters
thank you it was a great help
34yds find the circumference
34 yards for radius or the diameter?
cuz it could either be
(34x2) x 3.14= 213.52 yds
or
34 x 3.14= 106.76 yds
thats why you gotta state wether its diameter or radius
