this is what i have now for an intro on my final paper. This handbook will productively to give an explanation in straightforward terms the appropriate methods for performing job duties as a supervisor with this corporation. It will have all you will need to help inform someone about the different responsibilities a supervisor has in his or her job description. The following are the different responsibilities a supervisor has to do: The first one is demonstrating communication skills. The second one is determining effective orientation and training methods, the next one is Improving Productivity for Teams, Another one is Conducting Performance Appraisals; the last one is Improving Employee Relations. Everybody can step into the role of a supervisor if they know how or are trained to do the job. The Supervisory skills people should have are Technical skills and Human relations skills. Other ones are Administrative skills, Decision-making and problem-solving skills (2004) (The McGraw−Hill Companies).
