What basic problem confronted the Puritans who wanted to migrate to America?
a. They didn't have enough money to survive in the harsh environment of New England.
b. Many people feared the danger of going to the colonies after the Mohawk revolt.
c. King Charles I would not allow them to settle on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
d. If they left England, they would be Separatists instead of Puritans, and that bothered them.
Well, a and d are out -- they're clearly not true. There was no place in the new world to spend money, even if they had any! And we know that they were and still are referred to as Puritans once they got to New England.
So it's between b and c. What do you think? Reason it out. Research a bit if you have to.
