(1) What kinds of evidence can you use to determine if a chemical reaction has occurred?
(2) How do the properties of the cooked egg differ from the properties of a raw egg?
(3) how are the endothermic and exothermic reactions the same? How are they diffferent?

- An insoluble substance is produced.
- A permanent color change is observed.
- A heat energy change is noted.
