- Type B behavior pattern
- A hardy personality
- Competitive personality disorder
- An optimistic style
- Type A behavior pattern

I think it's the second or third answer don't know for sure

Check "hardiness" in a dictionary. I've never heard of (and couldn't find any references) to a "competitive personality disorder."
