In microstoft word, What button, in outline form, can be used to indent a heading

On my formatting toolbar in Word, there are two icons just to the right of the "bullets" and "numbering" icons. These appear no matter which "view" I have chosen to work in.

Of these two icons, the one on the left decreases the indent, while the one on the right increases the indent.

Do you see them?

yes i do thankyou

To indent a heading in Microsoft Word using the outline format, you can use the Increase Indent button. Here's how you can find and use it:

1. Open Microsoft Word and create a new document or open an existing one.
2. Type or select the heading you want to indent.
3. Make sure the formatting toolbar is visible. If it is not, go to the View tab, check the "Show" group, and enable the "Formatting" option.
4. Locate the "Increase Indent" button in the formatting toolbar. It is represented by a right-pointing arrow with lines.
5. Select the heading you want to indent by clicking and dragging the cursor over it or placing the cursor within the heading.
6. Click the "Increase Indent" button once. This will indent the heading, pushing it further to the right.

You can repeat step 6 to add additional levels of indentation. Each time you click the "Increase Indent" button, the heading will be indented further.

Keep in mind that the availability and appearance of the toolbar buttons may vary depending on the version of Microsoft Word you are using.
