Do you mean

(tan theta-sec theta)/sin theta

or tan theta -(sec theta/sin theta) ?

Since they are asking to select "which", there should have been some multiple choices offered. Without knowing the choices, I cannot tell you which one is correct. There are many ways to rewrite the expression.
