Routine Activity Theory (RAT). This is the idea that crime needs three elements to occur, target, suitable guardian to prevent crime from happening and motivated enough offenders. What do you think?
This doesn't make any sense to me. What does "suitable guardian to prevent crime from happening" have to do with the committing of a crime?
