Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. Always try to write using the structures and vocabulary you have used. Sometimes, if you do NOT provide the English of what you are attempting to say, we can't guess!
Having lived in Montréal, I'm so glad you are writing about that wonderful city!
The first sentence is not a complete sentence since you begin with infinitives (to visit Quebec, etc.) "city" is "la ville" = la ville la plus grande.....
Is sentence #2 saying "It's the 10th cleanest city in the world? C'est la dixième ville la plus propre du monde.
If you are using English, use quotes "Sister City"...
Do you mean the "headquarters" for Just For Laughs? In French, that series is called "Juste Pour Rire."
I'm not sure what you wish to say for the next sentence = Découvrez que Montréal est une île en fait.
Let me come back for the 2nd part, as my eyes get weary scrolling up and down!
Sra (aka Mme)
Partie II:
The first sentence means "where?" = où. There IS a difference between "peuples" and "gens" so here "les gens" would be better. Don't forget all accents = le français. C'est le site (site?) du Carnival d'hiver.
Word order in the 3rd sentence = C'est aussi la seule ville fortifiée au nord du Mexique.
For variety's sake, you might want to change the last sentence a bit. = Dans la ville de Québec vous pouvez trouver beaucoup de musées d'art, des églises, et des richesses culturelles.
Sra (aka Mme)

i hope it works >.<
