Can you please tell me if the following transcription for a Pathology report makes sense, and if it is correct?

The glands'slides closed together, but afebrile's stroma separates them. Copora amylase is present within numerous glands. Papillary epithelia hyperplasia is noted.

There is something wrong in the first sentence; perhaps it's the spacing of "glands'slides." Could that be "glands' slides? In the last sentence, check the spelling on "Papillary epithelia hyperplasia" = epithelial
